We match each dog to the most suitable group based on temperament, play style, location and route planning, which allows us to create safe, balanced groups and efficient pickup service. You'll receive an approximate collection window, however exact pickup and return times may vary from day to day.

Your dog's collection window is carefully planned based on location, travel efficiency and group compatibility. While you're welcome to let us know if you have a preferred collection time, we can't guarantee exact pickup or return times.

We aren't affraid about getting a little wet... But please keep in mind that your dog will be out in the wet and mud, and dogs will be dogs! We will do our best to dry your dog off before we drop them home, but if you prefer them stay clean - don't book on that rainy day.

Each dog will go through a trial on their first booking where will we as the handler will get to know them, their energy level, confidence, play type and will give you feed back from that session.

We have a 5 dog limit per session! If for any reason we go over 5 dogs, a second handler will attend the session.

Ideally we want your dog to have good re-call for safety reasons. Depending on the situation, we may keep your dog on a long line so we can practice their re-call while they are under high distraction!

We offer pick up and drop off. The van that we transport the dogs in is sectioned off and we do require your dog has a harness to be clipped in for safe transport to and from the bookings.

Casual bookings are $45.
Multiple bookings per week are $40 per dog.

You do not have to be home for pick up and drop off! We can organise a key or a way of entry, and you will of course be notified when we drop your dog home.

You can do either! We love our frequent clients, as the dogs do get to know each other and make friends <3
